Feedback from Dean

Promotional Poster
  • Put the date below the title
  • Increase the font size of my name because that needs to be the most important
  • The AM and PM for the time needs to be in lowercase
  • Move the image so there is more ground, and you'd be able to add text at the bottom
  • Change the dance installation word to performative installation
  • Make my name bigger because I have to give myself more credence
  • Compile links to my promotional video 
Promotional Video
  • The audio is out of sync with the video clips
  • Change the filler clip showing the visual from the blue-yellow noise to the final visual, so it does not look like it is a lazy edit and maintains continuity with the background visual in the clip
Taking Dean’s suggestion to expand the horizontal composition, I used a layer-duplication and masking technique. By isolating the left edge of the duplicated layer, I was able to blend the extension seamlessly with the original background. This expanded the image without distorting the central performance area.

I have revised the individual poster based on Dean and Steve's feedback. This is the final version reading for printing.
