16 Personality Test
Explanation for ENFJ-T

Screenshot of My Results

This week, Mikayla instructed the class to do the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) test to figure out our personality traits. I got ENFJ-T which stands for Extraversion, Intuition, Feeling, and Judging. After getting the results, I was shocked because when I took the test last year, I got introversion which was understandable because I enjoyed being alone more than socializing with others. However, the person I have grown into this year definitely enjoys interacting with people as I find that it fulfills me and broadens my perspective on life. Not only that, I realized that I could use the results obtained from this test to increase my self-awareness and subsequently, apply it in my resume and job interview sessions.

After the class shared their respective results, Mikayla drew a chart that separated us into our respective groups for game design and wrote down each of our MBTI. From the chart, we are able to see that my group comprises two extroverts and 3 introverts whereas the other team only had one extrovert and the rest were introverts. Mikayla explained that if there were too many introverts in a team, the majority would not speak up on issues and would tend to stay silent. On the other hand, if there were too many extroverts, everybody would bump heads often on issues because we are all pretty stubborn and want things to go our respective ways.

It was beneficial for us to identify and acknowledge our personality traits because we could then try our best to avoid the situation mentioned earlier from happening.
